Kahakai; Hawaiian for the beach or shore

Kahakai Kids Collection by Kahakai Studios is a beachy kids label, designed on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.   

Aloha! I'm Stephanie, owner and creator of Kahakai Studios. I'm originally from a small island off the eastern coast of Florida. In 2004 I went for a two week vacation to the North Shore of Oahu, and within the first few days had decided I was never going back.

Fast forward 10 years to me scouring the web and local shops for a baby gift for one of my best friends. I really wanted to give her something that fit our laid back, beachy lifestyle. After what seemed like forever, I settled on a few swaddles and ultimately...I wasn't totally in love with what I found. There are so many options out there, but I wanted soft, unique and something that could still be used after her babe was out of diapers. It was then that I was inspired to create my own baby gifts. 

I launched Kahakai Kids Collection by Kahakai Studios the following year (2016) and have been working to forward the line ever since. 

Now, two beautiful baby girls later, I am thrilled to continue creating beautiful products for your children, family and home.
